ASCOTT LAUNCHES HOLISTIC DISABILITY INCLUSION PLAYBOOK

The Ascott Limited’s new open-access global disability inclusion playbook, among the first-of-its-kind in the hospitality

The launch event, held at Citadines Science Park Singapore on 14 November 2025, was officiated by Mr Eric Chua, Senior Parliament Secretary for the Ministry of Social and Family Development and the Ministry of Law, and highlighted Ascott’s commitment to driving accessibility and inclusion across the wider hospitality landscape.

Here are a few key highlights about the playbook, which you may view
Developed with support from SG Enable, the World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance, and Valuable 500, and reviewed by nearly 20 disability inclusion experts.
Provides practical guidance across five pillars: Inclusive Training, Spaces, Hiring, Digital Interfaces and Programmes.

Announces Ascott’s global disability inclusion commitments, including standardised accessibility profiles for all properties, frontline disability awareness training and reporting on the hiring of persons with disabilities from 2026.
