Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, for his fearless exposure and resistance to various anomalies, was one of the honorees of the Gawin ang Tama movement.
A ceremony was held at the Gymnasium of the Philippine State College of Aeronautics (Philsca) in Pasay City on the 25th anniversary of the Gawin ang Tama Movement.
Due to Mayor Magalong’s current busyness due to his appointment as one of the members of the Independent Commission formed by President Bong Bong Marcos Jr. to investigate the anomalous Flood control project, only Mayor Magalong’s daughter, Atty Kristine Louis Magalong, received the Award or plaque presented by Gawin ang Tama Movement Membership Committee Chair Ret General Gerardo Zamudio and Conveynor Director Heidi Sison.
