Mayor April Aguilar continued her regular facilitation of Green Card applications at the Las Piñas City Hall, directly assisting residents seeking access to the city’s free medical assistance program on Tuesday, July 1.
The Green Card program, a longstanding healthcare initiative introduced during the administration of former Mayor Nene Aguilar, offers hospitalization support and other essential health services to qualified Las Piñeros. As part of her administration’s commitment to accessible public health services, Mayor April Aguilar ensures that the program remains active and responsive to the needs of the community.
During the process, Mayor Aguilar took time to personally review documents, clarify procedures, and respond to questions from applicants. Her approach highlights the importance of direct, people-centered governance, especially for programs that benefit the most vulnerable sectors.
By strengthening the implementation of the Green Card program, the Las Piñas City Government continues to prioritize delivering quality healthcare support for every resident, particularly those facing financial hardship due to medical needs.
