Las Piñas City’s Health Office organized a Family Planning Caravan at the Almanza Uno Covered Court in Brgy. Almanza Uno on Tuesday, June 6th. The event aimed to raise awareness about family planning methods and promote responsible parenthood among the community.
The caravan featured informative lectures conducted by healthcare professionals from the City Health Office. These engaging sessions provided valuable insights into various family planning techniques, emphasizing the importance of making informed decisions regarding family size and spacing pregnancies.
To further support the attendees in their pursuit of responsible parenthood, the City Health Office distributed free contraceptives. Attendees were given access to a variety of options, including condoms, birth control pills, and injectable contraceptives. This comprehensive approach aimed to empower individuals and couples with the necessary tools and knowledge to exercise their reproductive rights responsibly.
