Dr Siegfred L. Manaois was awarded, 2025 MARIO R. NERY AWARD – Dr Siegfred L. Manaois , Past President of the Rotary Club of Kamuning ,District 3780 and current Special Deputy Collector – Port of NAIA , Bureau of Customs was awarded the prestigious Rotary Golden Wheel and Mario R. Nery Vocational Excellence Award ( Government Service) last February 9, 2025 at the Seda Hotel Vertis , Quezon City , Dr Manaois a multi awarded Senior Customs Officer had served the BOC for the past 25 years, in various positions which includes Port of Subic , Deputy Collector for Operations and Chief of the Piers and Inspection Division , Collection District II-B among others.
