The public eagerly awaits whether a warrant of arrest will be issued or not on Monday by the 5th Division of Sandiganbayan where the plunder case of Senator Jinggoy Estrada is heard.
Yesterday, Sen. Estrada posted P90,000 bail for graft case at the 2nd Division of Sandiganbayan.
Reports cite that Estrada arrived at the Sandiganbayan in Quezon City to post bail in his graft case over his alleged involvement in flood control scandal.
Meanwhile, former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) chief Manuel Bonoan also posted a P90,000 bail for his graft case in simlae court.
The moves came after the anti-graft court’s Second Division issued an arrest warrant against the two of them over the graft case stemming from the alleged anomalies in DPWH projects.
