Tuluyan nang tinanggal sa puwesto ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang si National Commission for Senior Citizens (NCSC) Commissioner Reymar Mansilungan.
Base sa dismissal order na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, sinibak si Mansilungan dahil sa pagbibigay ng mga bonuses sa mga unqualified personnel.
Kinasuhan din si Mansilungan ng serious dishonesty, grave misconduct, at conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service.
“Reymar R. Mansilungan is hereby found administratively liable for serious dishonesty, grave misconduct, and conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service and meted out the penalty of DISMISSAL from the service with all its accessory penalties,” saad ng desisyon ni Bersamin.
Una nang sinuspendi ni Bersamin si Mansilungan noong Pebrero 2024 dahil sa reklamong isinampa ng isang Miguelito Garcia tulad ng misrepresentation ng kaniyang educational background sa kaniyang aplikasyon bilang NCSC Commissioner at ginamit umano ang pera ng gobyerno para umupa ng opisina sa Lucena City subalit natuklasang residential building at walang opisyal na resibo.
