Airport Press Club (APC) 2022 New set Officers Oath of Office

The newly elected officers of Airport Press Club took their oath led by Cebu Pacific President and CEO Lance Gokongwei  before DOTr Sec. Jaime “JJB” Bautista and MIAA General Manager Cesar Chiong.

The officers and members of the Airport Press Club thanked Department of Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista for gracing the exemplary event.
The Airport Press Club was established way back in 1963 by Jose C. de Venecia Jr., or Manong Joe, who used to cover Airport for the Manila Times before he entered politics and later became the Speaker of the House of Representatives. After him, it was Maning Silva of Daily Express followed by Louie Perez from Manila Bulletin took over the helm of our organization.
The Airport Press Club is the oldest legitimate press corps in the airport beat. With 20 active members.
