Pasay City Mayor Imelda Calixto-Rubiano and Rep. Antonino Calixto lead the mass civil wedding for 142 couples at Cuneta Astrodome on Saturday (Aug. 27, 2022).
Among those who sealed their union are 67-year-old Danilo Vibal and Maria Ester Noblejas, who have been partners for 14 years.
