MANILA -Dr. Siegfred L. Manaois, the Special Deputy Collector (SDC) of Pair Cargo Assessment Composite Division , Port of NAIA Bureau of Customs, has graced the 34th Anniversary of German Unity and the 70th German – Philippine Diplomatic Relations celebration ,upon the invitation of Ambassador Dr Andreas Pfaffernoschke of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The momentous event held in Makati City last Friday (4 October 2024) has furthered strengthened the amiable trade relations between the Philippines and Germany.
Representatives from the German Embassy expressed appreciation to Paircargo Customs Office due to the speedy release of the embassy’s cargoes . The Enhanced Trade Facilitation in the Port of NAIA is one of the major programs of Commissioner Bienvinido Y Rubio and strictly implemented under the direct guidance and supervision of District Collector Atty Maria Yasmin M Obillos-Mapa
