OFWs in the Middle East are in danger if the US attacks Iran

Over a million OFWs in the Middle East are in grave danger in the ensuing Israel-Iran becomes a global war if US President Donal Trump decides to attack Iran’s nuclear bunker sites with B-52 bombers with bunker-blasting bombs.

The entry of the US into the war will result into “irreparable damage” to US troops and military bases in Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq and Bahrain once Iran responds with hypersonic missiles on the 40,000 US soldiers based in those countries and collateral damage to the cities of Doha, Kuwait, Bagdad and Bahrain where our OFWs are now working.

A major deployment crisis will ensue if this possibility of the US entering the fray occurs and the horrific problem of removing our OFWs from these areas of conflict will be the responsibility of the Departments of Migrant Workers and the Foreign Affairs.

So far according to industry sources it is still normal in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain with deployment of OFWs still boarding national airlines of those countries except for Jordan and Israel where the deployment of new and re-hires have been halted by the DMW.

PAL. Emirates, Etihad. And Saudi Air continue to fly to the major cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai and Abu Dabi however the GCC countries have banned regional flights since the start of the air war between Israel and Iran.
