DOTr Secretary Vince Dizon, together with BI Commissioner Joel Viado, conducted an inspection of the immigration area at NAIA Terminal 3 amid the ongoing Holy Week exodus. The visit aimed to observe improvements in passenger processing following the personnel augmentation implemented by the BI.
The Secretary was joined by MIAA General Manager Eric Ines and NNIC General Manager Lito Alvarez.
NNIC is expecting an average of 150,000 travelers per day throughout the Holy Week rush.
As part of a joint initiative, the DOTr/MIAA and NNIC, provided passenger assistance Help Desks in Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
